Wholesale Investors

Investors must meet the following criteria to be able to participate in a wholesale API property syndicate investment opportunity:

  • Invest a minimum of $500,000; or
  • Classified as a “Sophisticated Investor” as per s708(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 by having:

    (i) net assets of at least $2.5 million; or

    (ii) gross income for each of the last 2 financial years of at least $250,000

To be elegible to invest as a Sophisticated Investor you must have a valid certificate from your accountant:

  • issued by a person who is a qualified accountant;
  • dated and it is less than 2 years since it was issued;
  • says the person to whom the offer is made has a gross income of $250,000 or more in each of the preceding two years (before the certificate was issued) or net assets of at least $2.5million.
